From pilot to production

If the pilot demonstrates measurable value, Usatii prepares a fixed-price proposal for forward-deployed engineering, integration, testing, and production deployment. Ongoing costs are disclosed before an agreement is signed.

The assessment, pilot development, and bootcamp are free. Travel expenses and end-to-end implementation costs are outside that offer.

Expand from the first workflow

Opportunities not selected for the first pilot remain on the longer-term roadmap. Review their business impact, technical feasibility, data readiness, and operational risk before selecting the next implementation.
