Introducing Usatii’s
AI Platform
We’re launching Usatii's AI Platform, which offers enterprise-grade security and privacy, unlimited higher-speed access to frontier and sovereign models, longer context windows for processing longer inputs, advanced data analysis capabilities, customization options, and much more. We believe AI can assist and elevate every aspect of our working lives through software, making teams more creative, productive, and optimistic. Today marks another step towards an AI-powered platform for work that can help with any task, is customized for your organization, protects your company data, and can accomplish any business task irregardless of information sprawl.
“At Rebuildit, we are constantly striving to provide our employees with unprecedented capabilities in software, hardware, and artificial intelligence, which directly improves employee well-being and work ethic. We couldn't get to the stage we're at now in residential construction without the help of Usatii, who successfully steelmanned the case for custom software and improved our business processes considerably.”
The biggest problem we see with enterprise AI today is that companies are gaining access to increasingly intelligent models without fundamentally improving how their businesses operate. McKinsey's August 2026 research found that 80% of respondents reported individual productivity improvements from AI, but only 37% attributed any improvement in operating profit to it. That's a significant gap in realizing economic value from AI.
Companies like Palantir pioneered an architecture for solving this problem. Their AIP and Foundry platforms use Ontology to represent the actual structure of a business. This allows AI to participate in operational decisions rather than simply retrieve documents. Similarly, Workato has built agent orchestration with more than 1,200 pre-built app connectors, while Microsoft Copilot Studio supports agents that respond to events and execute workflows under defined permissions. We don't hate on these companies, nor do we discount their credibility.
What we're addressing at Usatii is actually the gap between those technological capabilities and the highly specialized, interconnected work that real organizations need to complete. Buying an AI subscription or connecting a CRM does not automatically give software an understanding of how a company estimates jobs, handles purchasing exceptions, manages employees, reconciles inventory, or decides whether a business opportunity is commercially viable.
We start by understanding your organization itself. We identify the entities, relationships, workflows, business rules, and decisions that govern your operations. We then connect your existing systems—or engineer replacements where appropriate—and expose controlled capabilities to AI models. Those capabilities can include creating customer records, preparing purchase orders, generating estimates, assigning employees, retrieving financial information, producing documents, and executing authorized actions across multiple systems.
For example, consider a manufacturing company receiving a request for quotation containing technical drawings, material specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements. Rather than having an employee manually transcribe everything, search through inventory, check vendor pricing, calculate margins, and prepare a response, we can engineer a workflow in which AI extracts and validates the requirements, matches products against company records, checks available inventory and supplier lead times, calculates a preliminary estimate using actual pricing rules, and identifies exceptions requiring human judgment. Once approved, the workflow can generate the quotation, update the customer opportunity, and initiate the appropriate purchasing or fulfillment tasks.
Usatii creates an operational process being executed at all times with artificial intelligence handling the reasoning and the underlying systems enforcing business rules.
We've already engineered more than 100 reusable capabilities spanning AI assistance, procurement intelligence, agentic browser workflows, CRM, estimating, inventory, accounting, communications, employee management, security, and mobile applications. Our procurement capabilities, for example, can discover bid opportunities, normalize solicitation documents, evaluate potential fit, and organize the supporting evidence needed to prepare a response.
Our work with REBUILDIT demonstrates how this applies to construction. We've developed a shared operating layer connecting customer inquiries, calls, appointments, estimates, project records, labor, materials, field evidence, financial information, timekeeping, project management, and anything else you could possibly see necessary for the prosperity of their operations. Instead of having each department reconstruct the same information through disconnected applications, work can be coordinated around common customer and project records. This is also the foundation for progressively automating activities such as missed-call follow-up, project documentation, material requests, appointment coordination, and administrative approvals.
We don't believe an AI agent should have unrestricted access to your company's infrastructure simply because it can reason about a task. Our architecture incorporates role-based authorization, scoped capabilities, approval queues, and audit histories. Employees can review proposed actions before consequential changes are applied. Where necessary, agents can use isolated browser sessions with human takeover, rather than requiring every existing application to provide an API.
We also don't want organizations becoming unnecessarily dependent on a particular AI model or software provider. Our implementations can incorporate frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google, or sovereign models deployed under a customer's infrastructure and privacy requirements. Data handling, deployment arrangements, software ownership, and handoff responsibilities are established according to the implementation agreement.
This is where Usatii's forward-deployed engineering approach becomes particularly valuable. We work directly with leadership and employees to identify expensive operational bottlenecks and engineer a solution around the existing business, all for free (apart from travel costs) until a proof of value is shown.
We evaluate success using actual operational measurements: how long it takes to process an inquiry, prepare a quotation, reconcile a transaction, complete an approval, or move a job between departments. Our pilot development Bootcamp is designed to prove a focused implementation before moving into a separately scoped production deployment.
