Terms of Service

I. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the social networking website and any related services, including the Elite subscription and Ad platform.
• "Elite subscription" refers to the paid subscription service that grants users access to additional features and benefits on the social network.
• "Ad platform" refers to the service that allows users to create and publish advertisements on the social network.
• "User content" refers to any content that users post or upload to the Service, including text, photos, videos, and other materials.
• "Intellectual property" refers to patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights.

II. Scope of Service

The Service is a social networking platform that allows users to create profiles, connect with other users, and share content. The Service includes the following features:
• Profile creation: Users can create and customize their own profiles, including posting photos and personal information.
• Content sharing: Users can post a variety of content, including text, photos, videos, and links.
• Communication: Users can send comments and interact with each other through the Service.
By using the Service, you grant us permission to store and use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may also share your personal data with data collection agencies for the purpose of targeted advertising.
The Service also includes an Elite subscription option, which grants users access to additional features and benefits, including trustless communication with peers that is recorded on a public ledger. The Elite subscription is subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be provided to users at the time of sign-up. These can also be viewed in the Alpha release notes.
The Service includes an Ad platform, which allows users to create and publish advertisements on the social network. The Ad platform is subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be provided to users at the time of sign-up. These can also be viewed in the Alpha release notes.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part thereof at any time without notice. We will not be liable if the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

III. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to the following responsibilities, and any violation of a written rule will result in a blacklist or strike (to be defined):

• "User blacklisting" refers to the practice of adding a user's account to a blocklist or blacklist, which prevents them from accessing certain features or functionality of the Service. User blacklisting may be used as a disciplinary measure in cases where a user has violated the TOS or other policies of the social network.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to those related to online conduct and content.
• Respect the rights of others, including their intellectual property rights and their right to privacy.
• Do not engage in any activity that could disrupt the Service or the experience of other users.
• Do not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any accounts, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
• Do not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
• Do not use the Service to engage in spamming, phishing, or other forms of unsolicited communication.
• Do not use the Service to engage in any activity that is harassing, threatening, or abusive. We do not explicitly define target groups, because we are flexible to political morals and freedom of speech.
• Do not use the Service to engage in censorship or suppression of ideas or viewpoints.
• Do not use the Service to engage in any activity that is intended to intimidate or silence others based on their beliefs or opinions.
• Do not use the Service to engage in any activity that is designed to interfere with the free exchange of ideas or to prevent others from expressing their views.
• Do not use the Service if you are under the age of 13, due to NSFW (not safe for work) submissions. Any account that is registered before the age of 13 will be investigated, and if user transfer of account permissions occurs, the account can be reinstated.

IIII. Content and Conduct

By using the Service, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding your content and conduct:
You are solely responsible for the content that you post on the Service, including but not limited to text, photos, links, and any other materials. You represent and warrant that your content does not violate any laws or regulations, and that you have all necessary rights and permissions to post it. If you don't have necessary rights and permissions to post data, but you do have the "Elite" membership, we allow the uploading of this content to a decentralized file-share system called IPFS and nft.storage. This data must not be linked to private NFT metadata that is already owned by another party. All data that is uploaded to the Elite censorship-resistant infinite storage is allowed and can't be deleted by any centralized party. Be watchful as to what content is posted, as the data is immediately distributed to multiple nodes (clients).
You may not post any content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, threatening, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory on the basis of race, ethnicity, or disability. You may not post any content that is spam, phishing, or otherwise designed to solicit personal or financial information.
You may not use the Service to engage in any activity that is illegal, infringing, or otherwise harmful to others. This includes but is not limited to distributing illegal drugs, promoting illegal activities, or engaging in cyberbullying or harassment. Harassment filters do not exist, but we will block repeat offenders and delete all content associated with the user's cyberbullying or harassment.
You may not use the Service to engage in any activity that is designed to interfere with the functioning of the Service or to disrupt the experience of other users. This includes but is not limited to accessing the Service through automated means, such as bots or scraping tools, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any accounts, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
You may not use the Service to transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. If you have code to share with us, you may do so within a post.
You may not use the Service to engage in any activity that violates the terms of service or other policies of any third-party service or platform.
You may not use the Service to engage in any activity that violates the rights of others, including but not limited to their intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other legal rights specified under your respective government.

The Service, along with its features, are usable under the MIT License.

Your Data on Product

All data that has not been uploaded from an Elite subscription account is subject to search, storage, and machine learning model training. All data that is uploaded from the Elite subscription and placed on the Publications ledger is not deletable and is immutable by nature. Only upload data you are comfortable with others seeing. No rules apply to this system, as it is hard to regulate trustless systems.
